The Neji Neji no Mi is a Paramecia-Type Devil fruit that allows the user to become a "Screw Man". Upon being eaten, this fruit allows the user to become capable of producing an numerous amount of screws of varying shapes and sizes from their body. It was eaten by Rear Admiral of the Marines, Sasuke Tanabira.

Neji Neji no Mi's Sword form
Those stabbed by the screws of the Neji Neji no Mi will have something removed temporarily of the user's choice. The user is also able to twist the screw left in order to weaken the effect and increases the effect by turning it to the right. The screws produced by the Neji Neji no Mi possess the consistency of diamond and are not easily bendable or broken. The user is also able to produce the screws and lengthen them quite considerably and evem use them as makeshift swords capable of competing with even the higher grade swords.
The user is subjected to the standard weaknesses of every Devil Fruit user.

By utilizing the sword form of the Neji Neji no mi, Sasuke is able to activate this ability by stabbing his target. Upon doing so it turns the target into a 'weakling' by bringing that person below Sasuke's level in body, spirit, technique, intellect, and talent. Once stabbed, the opponent is basically reduced to an opponent easily dispatched by the cruel marine. Despite the fact that the screw needs to pierce the victim to take effect, the damage done to the actual body is nearly zero.
